Try putting a washer behind the shock at both ends, simples.

2 spacer washers and a free bolt with the head ground off.

Got it sorted !Its the top caliper mounting bolt that would actually collide with the shock canister, so bought an M10 Button Head Socket Bolt which is about 3mm shallower than a regular Allen Head...
